Reading and Writing Tutoring
Did you have to drop out of high school to help your family? Or maybe you didn’t like school and left as soon as you could. Either way, you may have found it hard to manage without good reading and writing skills. If you’re over 18 and a resident of Washington County or work in the county, you are eligible for free help. We will determine your level to start you with a tutor. You will meet with our volunteer tutor for one or two days weekly for between one and two hours per session. We’ll help you gain the reading skills you need to get a good job or to be able to help your children with their homework. Just call us at (276) 944-5144 to set up an appointment.
